From the first contact with Stasek via internet I was impressed. I was asked my permission to receive emails, called when I was told I would be. Mike didn't pressure us at anytime. We were given a great trade in price which I thought was completely fair. My kids were rewarded for their great behavior and more than one person on the floor acknowledged them. Lisa in finance was very friendly and explained everything. I was impressed with the way she had all the options printed out with the payments attached to each so we could better choose the options necessary for our budget.
